Meccanostampi has taken on the challenge from the Veneto Region and participated in applied research courses initiated by the University of Padua and the Ca ‘Foscari University of Venice. These courses explore the various CSR activities currently promoted by SMEs in order to understand the impact of CSR on company performance.
The report was prepared with the support of Cesare Granati of Ca ‘Foscari University and highlights the effects that CSR policies have in terms of the Governance, Society and Environment.
It emerged that Meccanostampi has focused heavily on internal Governance, by taking a proactive approach towards favouring its employees that go well beyond the call of duty. In addition, we have promoted a number of activities in the Social area – just need to take a look at our involvement in work experience programmes and numerous local sponsorships ranging from sports to schools.
In terms of the Environment, we have been committed to eco-sustainable business policies for some time now, investing in new machinery to reduce waste.
The report confirms that CSR initiatives are real investments which contribute to the competitiveness and development of Meccanostampi.
